Our application process: How it works

Applying for a position at one of our health and rehabilitation centers is quick and easy.

Once you’ve reviewed and agreed to our what it’s like to work here page, follow the steps below to search and apply for open positions. Employment applications are only accepted by the online submission process outlined below.

1  Search for positions

Find a list of open positions in your field with our easy-to-use online career search tool, then click on a job title to read a description of the position.

2 Submit your application

Once you’ve found a position, click “Apply now!” and complete the online application. When you have completed the application it will automatically delivered to us.

3 Complete our pre-employment survey

Complete our short survey  by clicking on the “Survey” link at the end of the application. The survey is an important part of our application process–applications will not be considered without a completed survey.

4 My application is complete…now what?

First, you’ll receive an email confirming that we’ve received your application. Next, your application and survey responses will be reviewed by our hiring team within five business days. If your qualifications appear to be a good fit for the position, you will be contacted for a brief phone interview and possibly an in-person interview.
